The 2016 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Millésime L’Esprit de 2016 is lovely, wafting from the glass with aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruit, nectarine, white flowers, ripe citrus fruit and warm bread. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and precise, it's charming and fine-boned, with a pretty core of fruit, racy acids and a pearly mousse.
