2015 Dhondt-Grellet Les Nogers Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

Disgorged in May 2020 with one gram per liter dosage, the 2015 Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Les Nogers bursts from the glass with notions of citrus oil, white flowers, green almonds, crisp orchard fruit and freshly baked bread. Full-bodied, layered and muscular, with chalky structuring extract and lively acids, it's textural but incisive, with a long, penetrating finish. This is another fantastic Les Nogers from the talented Adrien Dhondt.
