Tasting notes
Bursting with aromas of citrus oil, green apple, fresh bread, honeycomb and white flowers, the 2018 Chablis 1er Cru Chapelot is medium to full-bodied, ample and enveloping, with a satiny attack that segues into a fleshy core of fruit, framed by bright acids and concluding with a long, saline finish.

The 2018 Chablis 1er Cru Chapelot is brilliant this year, and well worth a special effort to seek out. Revealing a pretty bouquet of white peach, green apple, spring flowers and wheat toast, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, with exquisite textural finesse, lively acids and excellent depth at the core, concluding with a long, precise finish. This is a charming, elegant Chapelot that will offer a broad drinking window. 92-94 Points
