2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Stellenbosch

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon has a compact, red-fruited nose with soft, dusty florals and spiced, red licorice tones. On the medium to full-bodied palate, the wine is bright and expresses both dusty black fruit and bright red fruit balanced by oak. It has a grippy yet fine-grained tannic structure and is well made and tasty. 14,000 bottles were made.
