The 2018 Corton-Renardes Grand Cru has a far better nose than the Corton Grand Cru, featuring raspberry coulis, wild strawberry and sous-bois notes; a touch of freshly shaved black truffle emerges with time. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, harmonious and nicely poised. The effervescent blood orange finish lingers in the mouth. Excellent.
