Tasting notes
The 2016 Series C has a superb bouquet of blackberry, boysenberry, cedar and pressed violets bursting from the glass, the oak nicely defined. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a fine bead of acidity, harmonious texture and a little more backbone on the finish than the Series M. Excellent.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec, the 2016 Series C has sweet oak on the nose with spiced blackberry and blueberry compote. The wine is expressive with generous dark fruits, bitter chocolate and Christmas spice. Full-bodied, it has a broad-shouldered, rich and juicy finish. This is very Napa-esque with its juiciness and high complexity. Well done! It is delicious.
