Score 91.5/100 · Drink 0-0, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Jul 2019
The 2017 Corton-Renardes Grand Cru is wiry, precise and energetic. Bright red cherry, white pepper, chalk, blood orange, mint and crushed rocks are all finely cut in a Burgundy built on saline-infused vibrancy. This is an especially restrained style of Corton-Renardes, with plenty of focus but less of the sheer size that is often found in this cru.
