Tasting notes
Disgorged in November 2017 with 1.5 grams per liter dosage, the NV Extra Brut Cuvée No. 737 Dégorgement Tardif, based on the 2009 vintage, is showing beautifully, bursting with aromas of ripe apples, white flowers, Meyer lemon, clear honey, walnuts and warm biscuits. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and complex, with a fleshy and textural core, lively acids and chalky dry extract.

Based on 2009. 90 months on lees. Disgorged November 2017. Dosage 1.5 g/l. The only late-disgorged wine of theirs that is currently on the market. Quite heady and blossomy on the nose. Rich start and very flattering. Tight finish. Drink with food. (JR)
Based on 2009. 90 months on lees, before disgorgement in November 2017. Mid-deep gold, with a fine bead. Apple skin, fresh and older cream, buttered brioche and some stone fruit – mellow and broad nose. Fairly fine mousse, with rich, buttered brioche, dried peach and apple skin and some flint through the finish. Goes from rich on the front palate to dry and savoury through the finish. Long. (TJ)
