This is a really fun but also serious, darker-colored rosé that shows peach pit, coconut oil, vanilla, dried cranberries and Chinese spices. Full-bodied and quite tannic for a Champagne but with some really good verve too. Long on the finish. Connoisseur Champagne. Drink now.
