Only two barrels made. A powerful, layered bouquet of lemon zest, mandarin and honeysuckle with a hint of salinity. The palate opens up to reveal vibrant stone fruit with superb weight and balance, framed by taut mineral intensity which dominates the long, refined finish. Beautifully made.
