Flinty and mineral driven nose, unfurls nicely in waves. Superb concentration, almost painfully intense. Crisp and very clean acidity leading to a rich and powerful finish. Precise and almost effortless Grand Cru Chablis.

Deeper and earthier on the nose than the Fourchaume, offering ripe stone fruit aromas complemented by smoky and saline qualities. A step up in concentration and texture too, and almost sweet in spite of its dusty, salty minerality. Plenty of fat and volume here but a bit extreme for Chablis.
