The NV Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Experience (no. 12) is intensely pure and aromatic on the very elegant but complex and highly attractive nose. Lots of grapey notes here. Round and very delicate on the palate, this is a pure and airy, highly finessed and fruit-intense Blanc de Blancs based on the fruits of old Chardonnay vines in Les Robarts in Avize and Les Bionnes in Cramant. The finish is pure and precise, terribly fresh and stimulatingly salty, with a lovely grip. Total production: 2,000 bottles. Tasted April 2018.
