Score 92/100 · Drink 2018-2028, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Apr 2018

The 2015 Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot les Fairendes is a very pretty wine, and retains all the inherent elegance of this climat even in this sometimes burly vintage, wafting from the glass with a beautifully pure bouquet of buttered apples, citrus blossom, lime and pastry cream. On the palate, the wine is glossily textural, medium to full-bodied and structurally open-knit despite its excellent concentration, exemplifying the charm, elegance and approachability that tends to characterize wines from this site. It's already attractive and should merit following for a decade.
