Tasting Notes
A beautiful and outright intoxicating nose that immediately takes you to Bordeaux. Classic Pauillac characters of graphite, pencil shavings and cigar box. In the mouth shows near perfect weight and gorgeous finesse that brings the great wines of Margaux to mind. Lingers on the palate with an epic, floral finish buffered by soft velvety tannins. Stunning.

Pale crimson-purple; a striking black bottle with a single word on the screen-printed gold label: 'Cloudburst'. This is a very well made Margaret River cabernet, with purity and focus its watchwords; cassis and bay leaf fruit sits in a frame of firm, but not dry, tannins; has impressive length.
Deep garnet-purple, the 2013 Cloudburst Cabernet Sauvignon reveals notes of red and black currants, dark chocolate, dried herbs, cedar and yeast extract. Medium-bodied, elegant and with tense, muscular fruit at this primary stage, it has an approachable, finely grained tannic backbone and great persistence. Mar 2016, www.robertparker.com
Very youthful, deep red/purple colour, bright and young, the bouquet highly aromatic with stalky crushed-leaf and violet aromas, including a hint of greenness. The palate is delicate and refined, subtle and elegant, with fruit purity and lively acidity. The profile is lean and the tannins are soft, fine and ripe.
