0.46 ha. The Chartron parcel opposite the Clos. Lighter than the Perrières. Pretty and refined with some smoky lemon-oil notes and a hint of veg but the weight builds only on the end. Not as flashy as the Perrières. Hint of something quinine bitter. Really interesting and long but needs concentration to appreciate. (JR)

Pale, bright yellow-green. Nose dominated by resiny oak today. Juicy and tight on the palate, with a slight dryness to the flavors of lemon and minerals. I find this youthfully clenched and hard to taste today. The finish is long and aromatic, showing a slight suggestion of fern.
