Tasting notes
Super-expressive on the nose with aromas of white flowers, yellow apples, brioche and lemon-cream. Such pleasing richness combined with tension on the palate. Flavours of lime zest, lemon meringue, apple and toasted nuts. Elegant with well-thought out richness..,Dec 2015

Pale, bright yellow. Sexy high tones to the aromas of apple, spices, white flowers and minerals. Then simultaneously unctuous and suave on the palate, with strong crushed-rock minerality enlivening the flavors of lime peel and apple. The outstanding saline finish stains the palate without leaving behind any impression of weight. This should be an outstanding expression of terroir .
