Score 91/100 · Drink 2014-2018, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Oct 2014

The 2012 St Veran Bois de Fee, matured in oak barrels for 11 months and then transferred into tank, has an attractive orange-blossom and peach-tinged bouquet that is well-defined and vibrant. The palate is crisp and lively with zinging acidity from start to finish. Brimming with tension, this delivers wonderful complexity on the finish, the residual spiciness urging another sip. This has evolved into a lovely Saint Véran from barrel.
