Tasting notes
Picked on September 20th and disgorged back in June 2010, the 2002 Blanc de Meuniers La Vigne d'Or is pure and intense on the very mineral and elegant nose. Fresh on the palate, this is a pure, highly mineral and tight Vigne d'Or that tastes terrific more than 10 years after the disgorgement.

The 2002 Extra Brut La Vigne d'Or is and old-vine Pinot Meunier vinified and aged in barrel. A rich, burnished fabric of pears, hazelnuts and spices emerges from this explosive, full-bodied Champagne. The wine loses some of its brashness in the glass, turning gradually more reserved and elegant. The finish is engaging in its total sense of beauty. This bottle was disgorged on June 22, 2010.
