Score 94/100 · Drink 2020-2035, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jul 2020

The 2010 Chablis 1er Cru Chapelot is showing beautifully, and while the wine is still some years away from maturity, it is already quite striking, offering up a pretty bouquet of white flowers, citrus oil, fresh peach and honeycomb. The medium to full-bodied palate is strikingly satiny and elegant, with a broad and delicately textural attack that segues into a deep core and a long, racy finish. Broader and suppler than the regular Montée de Tonnerre, the Chapelot is defined by its grace and textural integration.
