Tasting notes
Light, bright yellow. Captivating aromas of lemon candy, wild herbs and white pepper, with complicating notes of cut hay and damp fern. Silky on entry, then lush and seamless in the middle, with superb tactile concentration to its mineral, herbal and floral flavors. Offers a superb combination of richness and energy and really mounts toward the back, finishing long and floral, with a strong element of menthol minerality. This should age very well.

About the producer

Domaine Faiveley is one of Burgundy’s most important wine producers. The family-owned estate, now in the hands of the seventh generation, is one of the largest in the region, with significant holdings in both the Côte d’Or and the Côte Chalonnaise.
