More fragrance here – mineral and a slight lemon creaminess. Clean and pure but pretty lightweight. Nose better than palate. (JH)

(not a domain bottling but from vines harvested by the Fevre team) Very pale, green-tinged color. Highly aromatic nose combines lime, white pepper, minerals and spices. Dense, full and rich but with its impression of fullness leavened by lovely harmonious acidity. Finishes saline, classically dry and long, with firm acidity but no hard edges. Very concentrated wine, from a crop level of just 30 hectoliters per hectare, according to Seguier.
