Score 88+/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Mar 2004

Medium red. Pure aromas of redcurrant, cherry, flint and minerals. Tightly wound and firm-edged, conveying a distinctly drier impression than most of the foregoing samples. But certainly juicy and fresh. Finishes firmly tannic, with subtle length. A bit dry today and hard to assess.
