1997 Vilmart Grand Cellier Rubis

Light orange-copper color. Slightly reduced nose combines redcurrant, earth, minerals and spices. Concentrated, rich and chewy with extract; very ripe, fruit-driven flavors of wild strawberry, redcurrant and earth. A compellingly rich, tactile, extremely harmonious rose that really spreads out to coat the palate. Offers lovely sweetness of fruit and supple texture. Also tasted: NV Cuvee Cellier*.
