Score 98/100 · Drink 2022-2060, Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate, Sep 2022

The radiant, amber-colored 2007 Trockenbeerenauslese No. 7 Welschriesling Zwischen den Seen offers a complex bouquet of salty, dried and stewed apricots and malt. On the palate, this is a rich and generous, very elegant, refined and harmonious TBA with a stimulating saline and iodine finish. Pretty sweet yet also finessed, this is made to be aged for decades. Salty caramel on the aftertaste. 8.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
