2012 Sauvignon Blanc Reserve Coastal Region

Pale yellow. Reticent but precise aromas of lime blossom, pineapple, licorice, ginger, dusty stone and crushed mint. Densely packed, creamy and deep, with superb inner-mouth tension to the citrus zest, floral, mineral and fynbos flavors. Terrific depth of fruit here. Finishes with outstanding sappy length and a lingering grapefruit note.
