Saturated dark color. Rather cool aromas of spiced cherry and mint, with a suggestion of oak and a perfumed raspberry topnote. Fresh, fruity and intensely flavored; quite firm for the year. Tannins are in balance with the wine's fruit. Showing a strong oak spice component today, but also quite persistent on the finish.
