2000 Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs

Pale gold. Suave, vibrant, floral nose combines spicy quince, lemon and white peach and a salty mineral overlay. Brisk, nicely focused and pure, with finely etched flavors of peach, yellow plum and soft citrus fruits complicated by floral honey, mint and macadamia nut. Finishes clean, brisk and sharply delineated, with a subtle note of sweet butter and excellent length.
