Score 92-95/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Jan 2011
Full red-ruby color. Captivating aromas of blueberry, dried flowers, brown spices, smoke and flint. Big, rich and deep, with serious volume as well as outstanding penetration and verve to its flavors of cassis, black cherry, smoke, minerals and wild herbs. An impressive spine of acids and tannins gives this grand cru a serious structure for extended bottle aging. 92-95.
