Score 94/100 · Antonio Galloni, Vinous
The 2010 Chablis Vaillons wraps around the palate with generous, deep layers of fruit. Here the warmth of the site comes through in fruit that tends towards yellow stone fruits and flowers. A rich, round core of fruit is supported by an inner sense of minerality. The Vaillons should drink well with minimum cellaring. It is already incredibly polished and flat out delicious. Anticipated maturity: 2012. Aug 2012, www.robertparker.com
