Very pale color. Pure, laid-back nose hints at lemon and cinnamon. Ripe and penetrating, with very dry, pure flavors of Granny Smith apple, lemon drop and minerals. Light on its feet yet also impressively tactile. The vibrant, subtle, long finish really clings to the palate with minerals and nuts. Very pure, penetrating, uncompromising Champagne with strong soil character.
