Full bottle 1,609 g. 70% both Pinots and 30% Chardonnay. 60% wines from 2020 and 40% wines from their réserve perpétuelle created in 2000. Dosage 3 g/l. Very pale straw. Charming, well-integrated, almost honeyed nose. Really well balanced with a light flavour of straw(!) and you'd never guess the dosage was so low. Really refreshing and beautifully balanced. Just very slightly short. (JR)
A creamy Champagne, lightly biscuity, showing notes of pears, apples and honey. It’s medium-bodied with soft bubbles and a gentle finish. Chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier, based on the 2019 harvest (55-60%), blended with a perpetual reserve, some of which aged in magnums for four years prior to blending. 2g/L dosage. Drink now.
Lemon, apricot, pie crust and peach on the nose. Some honey, too. It’s creamy, balanced and soft with gentle bubbles and a rounded, lemony finish. Chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. Dosage 2g/L. Drink now.
