A blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Mourvedre, the 2005 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee du Quet is also gorgeous, with tons of dark fruits, roasted meats, licorice and asphalt/tar like nuances on the nose. Big, full-bodied, deeply concentrated and still youthful, this is another awesome cuvee from this estate. Feb 2015, www.robertparker.com
