Aromas of minerals, white flowers and white truffle. The juiciest and brightest of this trio of '06s, with lovely inner-mouth floral lift to its citrus and mineral flavors. As ripe as this is, it really transcends the vintage character thanks to its mineral underpinning and ripe, harmonious acidity.

Deeply pitched nose is less forthcoming than the premier crus, offering musky minerality, spicy oak and a topnote of grapefruit. The most voluminous of these 2006s, but with very fresh flavors of citrus fruits, white flowers and stone. Full and round but without quite the concentration or thrust of the best vintages for this bottling. Finishes minerally and long.
