Pale, bright color. Aromas of yellow plum, minerals, mint, menthol, nuts and truffle. Brisk and penetrating but suave, with flavors of ripe pear, spice and vanilla custard and a fine-grained texture. Finishes long, smooth and elegant, with firm minerality.
