Less bright appearance than the Belle Cote. Exotic orange peel, green apple and coconut on the nose, with little sign of new oak. Very ripe, fat and thick, with oily, lush yellow fruit flavors. Showing more obvious sweetness as well as a warmer finish. But this also possesses excellent backbone and depth of fruit, not to mention superb length and grip.
