(this is the no-sulfur cuvee): Vivid ruby. Intense, mineral-accented bouquet of redcurrant, raspberry, pungent herbs and rhubarb. Spicy red fruit flavors show very good intensity and pick up smokiness with air. Finishes tangy and long, with clinging notes of licorice and red fruit. This seems a little more open than the "S" version right now, and a bit more fruity.
