Score 17.5/20 · Drink 2020-2040, Jancis Robinson MW, Jun 2025
The northernmost grand cru in Gevrey with more clay and warmer. They pick Clos de Bèze, then Mazis and then Latricières. Richly shaded ruby. Perfumed and gentler, sweeter than the Latricières. Still some tannin but the fruit is more evident than in the Latricières. Herbal and interesting. Still a little chewy but with charm and still very youthful. (JR)
