Score 84/100 · Drink 1998-2003, Robert Parker, Feb 1998

One of my favorite Petits-Chateaux of Bordeaux, this Medoc offers plenty of weedy black currant fruit in a medium-bodied, elegant, sweet, round style. The 1995 is slightly drier and more austere than the plump, fatter, and richer 1996. Both wines are capable of lasting 4-5 years.
