Sweet but piquant aromas of apple and mint. Sweet and spicy but with lovely lift in the mouth thanks to sound acidity and a light malic note. As bright as it is, it can't match the Corton-Charlemagne for sheer verve or thrust. But this offers lovely sweetness.

Louis Jadot is arguably the most consistent négociant house in Burgundy. It has managed to straddle both the entry-level and fine wine market, while retaining respect in both.
