The vibrant amber colored 1957 Rivesaltes is a pretty, Sherry-like dessert wine that offers outstanding notes of baking spices, caramel, toasted nuts and toffee. Medium to full-bodied, incredibly elegant and seamless, it has a light, gracefully style on the palate and is downright classy. Like all of these older Rivesaltes, they drink beautifully right on release, yet will keep as long as you'd like to hold onto bottles.
