Dark red. Expressive aromas of plum, redcurrant, mocha, cinnamon and leather. Sweet, broad and pliant, with good weight to its red fruit and spicy oak flavors. The persistent, ripely tannic finish offers lingering notes of leather and spicecake.

Good medium red. Aromatic nose offers redcurrant and nutty oak. Soft, round and easygoing, with an attractive sweetness. Not particularly concentrated or deep but offers a nice light touch. Finishes slightly herbal but with light tannins and decent length.

Not very concentrated colour but still a hint of blue. Relative lightweight and a little dry on the end but not too exaggerated. Decent balance. Well done! Some sap and savour. But not for the long term. (JR)
About the producer
Ch. l’Arrosée was a 9.5-hectare vineyard in Saint-Emilion. After the château was sold to Domaine Clarence Dillon (owners of Ch. Haut-Brion and Ch. la Mission Haut-Brion) in 2013, the wine was discontinued and the grapes are now used for Ch. Quintus.
