Pale, green-tinged color. Lemon and menthol on the rather subdued nose; cool for Morgeot. Then sweeter, denser and fuller than the Clos de la Garenne, with lovely concentration and harmonious acidity. Firm but not hard. There's concentration and power here but also suavity. Finishes pure and persistent.

Cask Sample. Dumb and a little bit dull. Tastes as though there is rather too high a yield here. (JR)
