Tasting notes
From the Chouilly grand cru. Fresh pear, brioche, warm meadow hay. The spiciness of a summer hay meadow just before it’s cut – floral, golden-grassy, and satisfyingly savoury. Very rounded, approachable and with a certain orange-citrus succulence. (TC)

Based on 2018 and 2019 . Delicate. Quite light. Gossamer stuff. Not for the table but this could be a very nice apero at a reasonably thinkable price. Long. (JR)
100% Chardonnay. Chouilly grand cru. 24–30 months sur lattes. Dosage 7 g/l. Tastes sweet, although the dosage isn’t especially high. Charming floral peachiness and soft, satiny bubbles. Apple-sherbet acidity. Bitter-apple-skin on the finish. A gentle wine. (TC)
100% Chardonnay from Chouilly. Well balanced and rewarding. Fills the mouth without any excess acidity. Not a bad price in the current crazy champagne market. GV (JR)
