Domaine d’Auvenay

Domaine d’Auvenay is part of the Leroy empire (along with Domaine Leroy and Maison Leroy). It is named after Lalou Bize-Leroy’s home, an old hunting lodge outside Saint-Romain in the hills above Auxey-Duresses, which she shared with her husband Marcel until he passed away in 2004.

About Domaine d'Auvenay

About the producer

This estate is incredibly important to Bize-Leroy, as it was her family's original domaine and therefore has the longest history of production associated with Leroy, predating both Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Domaine Leroy. Domaine d'Auvenay is equally important to fine wine connoisseurs and collectors, with quality, demand and pricing on a par with the wines from Domaine Leroy.
