Score 88/100 · William Kelley (Robert Parker), Jul 2021
A cuvée produced from declassified Petit Chablis, Thiriet's 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay delivers attractive aromas of pear, mandarin oil, peach and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, lively and precise, with a fleshy core of fruit and structuring dry extract, it's a fine success.

The 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay Cuvée Camille has a well-defined and focused bouquet of light lemon curd and Golden Delicious apple scents. The palate is well balanced, with orange zest and peach notes, a soft texture and pineapple chunks bobbing on the finish. Not complex, but you’ll finish a bottle.
