Score 95/100 · William Kelley (Robert Parker), May 2026

The 2025 Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling Spätlese Klaus is precise and flinty on the elegant, detailed and savory nose. It is very elegant, refined and juicy on the palate, with enormous salinity and fine tannin grip. This is a generous, lush and hedonistic but also finessed, pure and saline Spätlese from 60-year-old vines. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in March 2026.
