The 2015 Saint-Romain Cuvée de la Mésange is very pretty, wafting from the glass with notes of honey, white flowers and orchard fruit. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, with a glossy attack and fresh acids, finishing with good grip. William Ponsot originated in Saint-Romain, and this bottling nods to that heritage.
