Tasting notes
The 2025 Le Cygne has a pretty bouquet with green apple, pear and light lychee scents. The palate is well balanced with peach and apricot notes, fine acidity, and what you might call a "commercial" white Bordeaux in a positive sense of that word.

The 2025 Le Cygne de Fonréaud is strongly Sauvignon Blanc-driven, revealing aromas of lemon and citrus. Medium-bodied, it shows pronounced acidity, with a noticeable presence of CO₂ that accentuates a sense of sweetness and weight on the palate. Enveloping but somewhat heavy at this stage, it lacks definition and balance.
About the producer

Situated at the highest point in the Médoc (at a huge 43 metres above sea-level), this estate is thought to be named after a spring on the site, from which Henry II supposedly drank (a “royal fountain”).
