Tasting notes
The 2025 Grand Village Blanc opens with discreet touches of lemon peel, white flowers, chalk and mint. This is pleasant, but not terribly exciting. I find it a bit light.

The 2025 Grand Village Blanc shows a more pronounced Sauvignon Blanc influence than usual, revealing aromas of spring flowers, mint and ripe orchard fruits, with a touch of exotic fruit. Medium- to full-bodied, tense and lively, it offers a less dense palate than the previous vintage, privileging an energetic, linear core of fruit and concluding with a long, mouthwatering finish.
