Score 90-92/100 · Drink 2030-2046, Neal Martin, May 2026
The 2025 Clos La Gaffelière has an attractive nose with brambly red berry fruit, redcurrant and bright orange pith scents. Fine delineation, and it seems just effortless. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, chalky tannins, nicely balanced, with a touch of sour cherry on the finish. Worth seeking out. 13.6% alcohol.

Medium- to full-bodied, structured and expressive, with firm, fine-grained, chewy tannins and deep dark fruit that persists throughout, with a subtle saline note in the finish.
